Question:

From the Kim du Toit website: http://www.kimdutoit.com/dr/weblog.php?id=P2439 Here’s the rant: 12:30am: Nyet To Kyoto Russia has told the Greenies to take their Kyoto Protocol and stick it up their collective Luddite ass. Okay, they didn’t actually say that. "In its current form, the Kyoto Protocol places significant limitations on the economic growth of Russia," Illarionov told reporters in the Kremlin on the sidelines of Putin’s meeting with European business leaders. "Of course, in its current form this protocol can’t be ratified." Well, yes. And the Euros are having some trouble as well: "The European Union, which has led the fight to save the pact after Washington pulled out, said in a progress report it was getting further from meeting its own targets for greenhouse gas emission reductions under the pact." Well, yes. Of course, "greenhouse gas emissions" are still under a cloud, as it were — because nobody’s sure if they’re as bad for the global climate as was first thought. Not that any of this matters. We’re not going to sign this pestilential piece of bullshit anyway, and the rest of the world can go and shit in a can if they don’t like it.

People in the Eeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwww are just pissed because the US was right all along.  They can’t admit it, of course. Why don’t you just come and kick our asses for us?  Maybe that *other* useless piece of communist shit (the UN) will help, eh? I won’t hold my breath. Lord Valve American

Didn’t Kyoto give China and India a complete pass on having to do *anything*?

Man take your crusade and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. I don’t think I saw a single objective question with a right/wrong answer required that anyone was required to answer. Now take your politician ask him any question requiring such an answer and what do you think the odds are that he’s going to answr it straight? Now let’s see though how many times has your personal hero Mr Bush volunteered wrong information? Shall we mention declaring the "end of the war?" > Why don’t you just come and kick our asses for us?  Maybe > that *other* useless piece of communist shit (the UN) will > help, eh?

Well, Europeans have nothing against 99.999% of US citizens so it would in fact be completely irrational to do so. As for certain individuals in the US – when you kick a turd, you expect to get shit on your shoes. Oh yeah, we’ve got our fair share of those over here only extremists in that vein border on being terrorists. cb

Yes. And was extremely favorable to Japan and most of Europe. Ron

Sure, you can mention it … but he never said it.  Get your facts straight before you put words into people’s mouths.  Some people may believe what they hear second or third hand, and you seem to be one of them.  The mission for the USS Abraham Lincoln was over … it was pulling into port after a 10 month *MISSION*.  There are missions, campaigns, battles, ops … and they are all part (Keyword: PART) of a war.  Not once did he say the war was over.     The more someone keeps repeating the wrong information after they have been corrected, the less intelligent they seem.  Major combat operations *are* over … now there have only been skirmishes.  You can’t even call them battles, since they haven’t lasted very long.  Catch up to the rest of the class, already. Great!  Now all they have to do is fork over the extra large sack of rubles and the 19 Russian wenches they owe me for involving me in their faggot religious scam back in the 80s like they did, and they will be in good shape.  They probably won’t even have to worry about poltergeists any more after that. subtract where I hang at to unmunge feklar’s guitar playing: http://www.angelfire.com/empire2/kahless This will always take you to my ftp server if its up. Gee Chris, you didn’t already know Lardo is a terrorist? Yep, he’s all for civilian deaths, even pregnant mothers at any bombing raids the US has carried out. And notice how much bravery it takes to drop bombs on people you can’t even see. It’s just like talking tough on the internet. Yeah, what "Afghanistan needs is a nuclear lash". I guess this is the best you can come up with after that truth smacks you across the face?  He criticised Bush for volunteering wrong information, and then he did it himself.  I called him on it.  I knew more than him about military terminology, because I have at least 6 years experience on it.  More, if you count the time I spent with my Dad when he took me to work with him and his friends during the 26 years he spent in the Army and US Embassy Attache. Case closed.  If you have something substantial to add, please do.  If someone doesn’t know what the hell they’re talking about, might I suggest not saying anything, else they might show their ignorance of the subject they are voicing their uneducated opinion on. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> >Now let’s see though how many times has your personal hero Mr Bush > >volunteered wrong information? Here’s another: What’s new. The US were the first to reneg on their original intentions – much like the free trade deals. Bottom line: These countries don’t give a crap about the others their polution affects. I mean, when Fiji is below sealevel due to the mass of greenhouse gases generated by these countries, will they give a damn? No. The USA attitude of pretending to be the worlds saviour is only when there is another agenda.

But in this case was probably dangerous to eat cause it was left out too long at room temperature so everbody could eww and ahh over it but woulda kilt them poor soldiers just as quick as an Iraqi land mine.  In each case – oh …gag me with a spoon.

Splitting hairs?  Peddle back-words?  Seems to me the Dumber’n'craps started that when they started voicing their uneducated opinions on the subject.  How they could turn "end of major combat operations" from the President and "Mission Accomplished" from the USS Abe (as they were pulling back into port) into "The war is over" is a major problem in word comprehension on their part. Must be the public school version of word comprehension.  Just because they (all those who couldn’t tell the difference) are too deficient to understand the terminology, don’t hold the person who said it responsible.     Now, if he had actually said "The war is over", you would have a valid point … but the only point I see now is that the Dumber’n'craps are counting on that "couch tater" factor in order to twist the President’s words into something he never said or even inferred, in order to discredit him.     Did you ever notice how the Dims tend to confuse "a smaller increase than the Dimocraps would give" in funding one of their pet projects, with "cutting funding"?  Yet, the public tends to believe that Republicans are actually taking money away from a project, when in fact, they just aren’t increasing it as much as the Democrat’s proposal is for.    So what are you?  A "couch tater"?  Or are you too intelligent to fall for the BS the Dumber’n'craps are dishing out, hoping to prove once again that they are smarter than the American public and know how to run our lives better than the rest of us?  Reminds me of a quote from Dean, recently … in effect, he said that if you are a Republican, you don’t know how to take care of your kids.  Pretty strong words from someone who doesn’t know the difference between the Soviet Union and Russia … Lostpup198 "America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life.
