Well, yes. Of course, "greenhouse gas emissions" are still under a cloud, as it were — because nobody’s sure if they’re as bad for the global climate as was first thought. Not that any of this matters. We’re not going to sign this pestilential piece of bullshit anyway, and the rest of the world can go and shit in a can if they don’t like it.

Splitting hairs?  Peddle back-words?  Seems to me the Dumber’n'craps started that when they started voicing their uneducated opinions on the subject.  How they could turn "end of major combat operations" from the President and "Mission Accomplished" from the USS Abe (as they were pulling back into port) into "The war is over" is a major problem in word comprehension on their part.
