Yeah right, Air Canada is up there with 47 other "4 star" airlines. Among them are the frequently-trashed Korean Air, China Airlines, Philippine Airlines, and America West. And while Southwest, ATA, Vanguard, Sun Country, and National weren’t even mentioned, Westjet and other discount airlines were rated.

How ridiculous a ranking. The airport used should be the airport where the airline has most of its operations, and that would be YYZ (Toronto-Pearson)
